Plot: Bleach Shattered Dedication

In a world fraught with danger we need soul reapers to combat the forces of evil that threaten to do something or another. Players will assume the roles of members of the Gotei 13. They can be any rank and have any range of ability. If your character has ability's higher then what normal should be allotted such as Bankai as an seated soldier make sure to add why they have these ability's and have not gone up in the ranks. This story will take place some years before the original. We need to come up with a villain that is not as superficial as his goal being to destroy the soul society.

So his plan is to steal something from the soul society while everyone is gone?

Could work, but... why would we be forced to be at the soul society then?

Well we would be there because we knew what the enemy's movements were going to be. We try to tell the captains that an enemy is coming while they are off battling Aizen. They don't really believe us but they reply with something along the lines of "If you are so worried why don't you just stay here in the soul society and defend it from the big ol' monster that is going to attack". We, of course, agree and that leads us into being at the soul society while that man is attacking.

I concur. Or something. Sounds good as an enhanced base.

When you think about we should decide where we are going to start from. I think as far as stories go this one could be pretty cool. I think that we should start out as fresh recruits straight out of the academy. Then we should be sent to earth as part of a mission to take out a small hollow infestation. This, of course, should be before we are put into divisions. This will be so that we have a bit more time to decide what divisions we want to be put into, as well as make final tweaks to our characters as we see fit. After we get sent to earth we go though some life-changing battles. We decide what divisions to be put into and we slowly grow stronger. We then slowly learn of a growing conspiracy about something about this Aizen person. This leads us to looking at what he is trying to do and we discover one of his subordinate's plot to one day steal something from the soul society. This of course throws all of our suspicion off of Aizen. So we are totally shocked when Aizen and the two other captains defect to the opposing army, which is then lead by Aizen. His subordinate, seeing this as the perfect time, seizes the opportunity created by the distraction of the war to steal what he and his own officers want.

It's perfect! I love it! I'm not brown-nosing! Honestly though, it's great. Less cliche'd than it could have-been/could-be. What's it down to, character bios?
